Several years ago, a Minnesota-based coffee company released a latte flavor called Café Canela that perfectly balanced the flavors of coffee, orange and cinnamon together.  We've mirrored this flavor profile using the Cappucine Blend from The Cozy Cove Coffee Company of Hill City with orange and Saigon Cinnamon in this latte-esque ice cream flavor.
